Horsham Horticultural Society was founded in 1945 to promote an interest in horticulture and to encourage gardening in Horsham and the surrounding district. We hold meetings over the winter months from October to March starting at 7:30. For full details visit our Winter Meetings 2025- 2026 page.

Our next winter meeting is on 10th March when we will be hosting the Inter Society Quiz. We will be joined by two other local societies to compete for the small but prestigious cup! We hope you will be able to come along to support the team and enjoy a buffet and raffle.

Our Spring Plant & Flower Show will be held this year on Sunday 29th March 2026 at:
NORTH HEATH HALL, ST MARK’S LANE, HORSHAM, RH12 5PU
Viewing: 2:30 – 3:45 pm.
Staging of exhibits (open to exhibitors only) – 11.00 am – 12.15 pm.

On 25th November we had a very enjoyable talk from Nir Halfon on Biodynamics regarding lunar and planetary cycles influencing plant growth. Nir asked if anyone was interested in joining an experiment for The Biodynamic Association. Please click on link below for more information.

Help Required
We are currently struggling and would really appreciate any members volunteering to join our committee. You can do as much or as little as you like, but any help would really be welcomed. Other societies have had to close their doors for good owing to lack of committee members. We would hate for that to happen to us.
